This policy is a good-faith description of my current data practices and has not been reviewed by legal counsel — treat it as a starting point, not a compliance guarantee.
When you submit my contact form, I collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. My server also automatically records the IP address and browser user-agent string of the request. This information is stored in my Supabase database.
When you use the AI terminal on this site, I log the full conversation — your messages and the assistant's responses — along with your IP address, in my Supabase database. Your message is also sent to OpenRouter, a third-party AI routing service, which forwards it to an underlying language model provider (currently one of NVIDIA, Google, or OpenAI's hosted models) to generate a response. I use this data to operate the assistant, investigate misuse, and improve its answers over time.
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and page-view/event patterns on the site; this relies on cookies or similar technology set by Google in your browser. Separately, I also record certain first-party events (such as project link clicks and form submissions) directly to my own Supabase database, which includes your IP address and user-agent string alongside the event. I additionally use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — Vercel's own privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement — plus a first-party page-view beacon that records only the page path, the referring site's host, and a coarse country derived at the edge, with no cookies involved. Visitor-level activity (your IP address and the pages you viewed) is only ever viewable by me in the private admin dashboard.
I use the information above to respond to your inquiries, operate and improve the AI terminal assistant, understand how visitors use the site, detect and prevent abuse of my forms and endpoints (for example, through rate limiting), and keep the site secure.
I don't sell your personal information. I do share it with a small number of service providers who help me operate the site, specifically:
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. If you sign in as an administrator, I also set a session cookie to keep you authenticated — this only applies to me logging into the admin dashboard, not to general site visitors.
I retain the information described above for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry, maintaining a record of past communications, or operating my analytics. I periodically review what I store and remove data I no longer have a reason to keep.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection law to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email me at the address below and I'll do my best to respond promptly.
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
I may update this policy as my practices evolve. I'll update the date below when I do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
