A multi-agent orchestration system I built from the ground up. 12 specialized agents working in concert—each optimized for a specific domain. Personal assistant, legal aid, research, analytics, code review. Learns and evolves continuously. This is what I use to run Northstar.
DARKHORSE AI
Built front-end to backend to ML pipeline. Architect and Senior Engineer. Custom predictive model, real-time data ingestion, hypermetrics calculator, and a React UI that translates complex market signals into actionable intelligence. Live and operating.
DIALED WEB
Marketing platform for a creative agency. Built with Next.js, Three.js for interactive 3D, GSAP for smooth animations, and a headless CMS backend. Non-technical team can publish and manage content directly. Live.
CLOUD ARENA
Real-time multiplayer game. Build custom robots, battle opponents, climb the ladder. WebGL rendering, Alibaba Cloud backend. Won a dev challenge for the design and execution.
JETSHARING
Private aviation marketplace. Custom search engine for pilots to list left-leg flights; users find and book spare seats at a fraction of normal rates. Started as Senior Developer, promoted to Partner. Built search architecture, booking engine, real-time pricing. Still live.
ATZULA MASSAGE SPA
Management platform for spa operations. Booking system, client profiles, service scheduling, staff coordination, payments, and automated reminders. Admin dashboard for tracking. Live and in production.
FITPLAN
Fitness app at scale. 2M+ users, 100+ workout programs, wearable sync, social features. Built with React Native for iOS and Android. Serverless backend with GraphQL API. High-performance data layer.
COWBOY
Web companion platform for Cowboy e-bikes. Real-time GPS tracking, bike telemetry, theft detection, firmware updates. Built the APIs and web interface. Active in 14 European markets.
LEMONADE
Insurance platform. Worked on policy management, claims interfaces, and data pipelines. React frontend, Python backend, AWS infrastructure. Serving millions of policyholders.
