The Challenge
The spa ran on paper calendars, phone-tag rebookings, and memory. Double-bookings, no-shows, and end-of-day cash reconciliation ate hours of staff time, and the owner had no live picture of the business.
The Solution
A single management platform: online booking tied to service scheduling and staff availability, client profiles with history and payments, automated appointment reminders, and an admin dashboard that tracks the operation in real time. React on the front, Node.js and MongoDB behind.
The Outcome
Operations moved off paper entirely. Scheduling conflicts and no-shows dropped, payments reconcile themselves, and the owner runs the business from one screen.
